The reverberation of widely spaced events—traces of memory, perhaps barely interpretable, of a shared, primordial sound field—determines the nature of the individual structural threads as well as the behavior of the various layers in relation to one another.
The function of these "threads" is less about synchronization—and thus the spatial positioning of the layers—than about describing individual energy states; ultimately, they serve to express the distance and proximity, the repulsion and attraction, of the various elements. The distinct spaces that emerge in this way result from the interaction of energetic moments. In other words, the momentary states within these specific constellations lend those very instants their unique sonic signature.
